The Corvette launched its 2nd generation with the birth of the Stingray with a complete redesign barely resembling its predecessors. The Stingray was lighter, had independent suspension, and was aerodynamically tested. The only American cars that could produce similar speed were large, heavy Super Stock optioned Mopars and Super Duty Pontiacs. For the first time, the United States had mass produced a true all-around sports car. This '67 Corvette Roadster is a stunning beauty offered out of a private collection in Goodward Green with black interior. This car was fully restored to stock specifications powered by the 327ci 300 hp V8 engine paired with the 4-speed manual transmission. Stock specs include heads, 3:36 rear end, 4-barrel carburetor and more. The seats, gaskets, window cranks, and more were replaced as part of the professional restoration.
