For the gentleman (or lady) who doesn't have time to drive more than one vehicle, BMW's mid-size offering has about all you could possibly desire. The mid-size offering is smaller than the executive 7-series, but not short on any luxury. The twin-turbocharged, direct injected 4.4-liter V8 delivers 400 horsepower and 450 lb-ft of torque and is amazingly smooth and quiet hooked to the ZF 8-speed automatic. If you have a problem racking up speeding tickets, this may not be the car for you. The performance and luxury are so comfortable you have little idea of what speed you are actually going and it turns out that isn't a valid excuse to the State Trooper. This car is also ridiculously loaded with features. There isn't much to worry about behind the wheel of the 550i with X-drive for all-wheel drive. If you are concerned, you can easily adjust the dial to different suspension settings. Features include heated seats, aux input, in-dash CD changer, dual zone climate control, Navigation, rear backup camera, memory settings, moon roof, power seats, cruise control, Bluetooth telephone, and satellite radio. There are M5 wheels on the car right now, but the owner has the original wheels to go along with the purchase. Other than the wheels as it sits in our showroom, this car is completely stock and in stunning excellent condition. This is a head-turner and a lot of fun to drive. Shouldn't you enjoy your commute?
