Product Details

2003 Porsche 911 Targa, finished in Midnight Blue Metallic with a Graphite Grey interior. This 996 is equipped with the desirable 6-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 17-inch alloy wheels, xenon headlights, leather upholstery, power-adjustable and heated front seats, driver's side lumbar adjustment, a Bose sound system, and more as detailed below. Modifications are limited to carbon fiber interior trim. The fifth-generation 996 911 was introduced for the 1999 model year, and it was the first 911 to be completely redesigned from its predecessors. While its water-cooled engine and distinctive headlights irked some Porsche purists, the 996 is appreciated by enthusiasts for providing an analog driving experience in a smaller, lighter package than the 911s that followed it. The Targa model was only available for the facelifted 996. 2 generation for the 2002 to 2004 model years, and it is rarer than its Carrera counterparts. It features a panoramic glass roof that slides under the rear window, which opens like a hatch for access to the rear seats and cargo area. Power comes from a 3. 6-liter flat-6, rated at 320 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
