Immaculate… it's the only way to describe this gorgeous tri-color 1955 Dodge Custom Royal Lancer Hardtop Coupe! This beautiful classic hails originally from North Carolina and recently underwent a full restoration to bring it to the level of quality you see here. The restoration was virtually a no-expense spared undertaking with the most tedious part the restoration of all the pot metal trim. The Lancer was made in a few different body styles but it is known only as the top-of-the-line Custom Royal Lancer in Hardtop Coupe form. Only the Custom Royal Lancer came standard with a 270ci Super Red Ram Hemi (or Double Rocker) V8 and this particular example is also equipped with the optional Power Pack, which consisted of a 4 barrel carb and dual exhaust, and the Custom Royal accessory group, which featured tinted glass, windshield washer system, electric clock, and a glare-proof mirror. It also features a 2-speed PowerFlite transmission, power steering, manual brakes with a dual master cylinder, and it has been converted to a 12 volt system with electronic ignition. It's been enjoyed roughly 1,300 miles since the restoration and presents its self as the day it was finished. It comes complete with a large binder full of photographs from the restoration and another large binder full of documentation and receipts for the work, the original owner's manual, original Dodge sales literature, the build sheet, the original jack, and a few boxes of extra parts. This is truly a rolling masterpiece.
