Approximately 5 years ago this F150 was treated to a full frame off restoration on all factory steel and finished in its original, Code 8, Ford Light Blue exterior paint over a black interior. It is powered by professionally rebuilt, 400 V8 engine fed by Edelbrock 4 Barrel Carb with electric choke, power is transferred via a fully rebuilt T18 4 speed gearbox paired with a 205 transfer case. Other mechanical highlights at the time of restoration included: New master cylinder with booster, Ford Performance valve covers, new hoses, new distributer and wires, new power steering pump, new radiator core, new brake lines, fuel tank, fuel lines, shocks…all components have been replaced or refurbished. The truck also features a 4 inch BDS suspension lift with coil springs in the front, steering link stabilizer, with all new bushings throughout the suspension and steering system. The body on this F150 is rock solid and wonderfully straight featuring excellent panel fit, professionally applied paint that shows awesome, sitting tall atop of MT 15 inch aluminum wheels with new 35 X 12.50 BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A meats. The interior as well has been restored to stock with the exception of upgraded seat material and sun pro gauges to accurately monitor the rebuilt power plant. The overall appearance of this F150 is aggressive and the stance is perfect. Mechanically, this F150 is excellent in all respects and the performance is outstanding. This truck is capable of fulfilling any 4X4 enthusiast's needs: show, beach cruising, two track, desert, dunes, etc. as well as remaining very collectible.
