The Z06 arrived in the 2006 model year as an amazingly powerful version of the already sporty Corvette. It has a 427cu in 7.0L V8 which produces 505 horsepower. Standard upgrades over the base models include: a dry sump oiling system & connecting rods made out of titanium alloy, the Z06 frame is made of aluminum, balsa wood/carbon fiber composite floors, and a magnesium alloy engine cradle. Car & Driver recorded a 0-60mph time of 3.6 seconds, and a ¼ mile time in 11.4 seconds at 126mph in March 2007. This Z06 is in excellent condition. It's a 1-owner vehicle that has always been stored and well maintained. With its current condition and very low mileage, this Corvette is like new. Driving this 6-speed manual transmission is a treat for any driver. The Z06 provides awesome power combined with nimble handling. This car is all original except for a new battery.
