We are proud to present this extremely nice, well preserved and mostly original Toyota FJ40 for your consideration. This truck is a true time capsule from the '70's with a rust free body and retains the classic style as when it was new. It was delivered new Roy Baty out of New Mexico by Desert Motor Company in Las Cruces, New Mexico on March 27th 1971. Car retains the original service log from the first owner that documents, oil changes, tire service, fuel, and anything that he did to it for the first 16years. The truck is finished in Capri Blue which was the original color and received a fresh repaint in 2006. The truck has had extensive work done on it over the past few years and runs and drives very nicely. New front and rear Rancho Shocks were added just recently along with brakes serviced and new fuel pump and fuel tank reconditioned. New battery was just installed with new negative cable. Brand new Dunlop Mud Rover tires were just mounted to brand new factory correct wheels with new center caps. Driver and passenger door seals were installed as well to give the doors a solid fit and minimize wind noise. Plenty of style points are noticeable on this southern vehicle. Includes; PTO Winch, Chrome Front Bumper, Dual Rear Gas Tank Holders, Tow Package, Roll Bar with factory gun rack, Rear Dual Jump Seats, Factory Manuals, Factory Jack, Full set of Tools and much more. With prices climbing rapidly on vintage 4x4's this one should be on your list for purchase. Rust free, unaltered FJ's are either significant projects or priced so high that they are unattainable for many people. This is a great bargain at a fair price.
