Service records provided in the gallery show the timing belt and water pump were last changed on this 4Runner in November 2015 at 69,403 miles. The fourth-generation 4Runner arrived for 2003. It was larger, more powerful, and generally more refined than the model it replaced. Toyota significantly bucked the industry's trend towards car-like crossovers and let the 4Runner keep its rugged body-on-frame construction, an architecture later shared with the FJ Cruiser. Production ended in 2009. Power comes from a "2UZ-FE" 4. 7-liter V8, rated at 260 horsepower and 306 lb-ft of torque.
