This Corvette is a “restomod” done absolutely the right way with every little detail in mind and professionally installed. It's been owned since 1975 and it under went a frame-off restoration in 2006 professionally executed by Mann's Corvette Shop in Indiana. The 383cu inch stroker (bored out 350 small block with a 400 crank) engine was professionally rebuilt in Michigan in 2005 and has only a little over 10,000 miles since the work. This car was stored inside every winter and then professionally tuned every spring before the driving season. The frame off restoration included using a tubular frame with a C4 suspension for better feel and handling done by SR III Motorsports out of Illinois. This car also has a Dana 44 rear end. Other features include new shocks, new chrome windshield pillars, new braided gas lines, new hydroboost brake system, and a new Keisler 5-speed transmission. We hold the receipts and documentation on all of this work and there are too many new parts professionally installed to list. The work also includes a new paintjob where the owner elected to use the (2006-2007) GM's Daytona Blue color. The combination of this excellent paint job with the frost blue interior gives this car awesome 1st generation Corvette curb appeal. This is a beautiful car that is a real head turner, but it also is a great turn-key driver with awesome performance. The 1st generation Corvette body style is one of the more iconic Amercian muscle car looks ever made, and this car allows you to enjoy it with modern technology's advantages.
