The El Camino is a Coupe Utility that was produced for two years in 1959/60 and then again from 1964 until 1987. It was in response to Ford Ranchero. Although the El Camino is built on a car platform it is titled in the US as a Truck. The third generation El Caminos were in the thick of the Muscle Car wars and quite arguably the best then and the most sought after now as far as power and looks.
