Service records in the gallery indicate that the turbochargers were replaced in March 2022 at 78,743 miles. Audi released the "C7"-generation A6 for 2012. The sedan was lighter than its predecessor, it wore a sharper-looking design, and it benefitted from a more luxurious interior largely shared with the swoopy A7. The S6 model arrived for 2013 with turbocharged V8 power and an air suspension system. Production ended in 2018. Power comes from a "TFSI" 4. 0-liter twin-turbocharged V8, rated at 420 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to all four wheels via a 7-speed automatic transmission and Audi's Quattro permanent all-wheel-drive system.
