We are pleased to present this 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible for purchase. '66 Corvette just doesn't have a good ring to it, they are known as one of the most collectible cars of all time. The combination of great handling, powerful V8 engines, and awesome open air styling make most Corvette enthusiasts feel this is the pinnacle of the model line. This 1966 Corvette Convertible Stingray is the result of great care over the lifetime of the vehicle, and a recent restoration in 2011. The original engine (327cu in L79 350hp) and transmission were rebuilt in 2011 with only around 500 miles on the Corvette since the work was completed. This car has several great features such as stainless steel calipers, new paint (in 2011), new posi rear axle (in 2007), power steering, front & rear disc brakes, new exhaust panel, and new front & rear springs. The current owner has treated this car with extreme care since it's purchase in 1973. This car is in absolute excellent condition inside and out.
