THIS… is a 2005 Maserati Spyder 90th Anniversary Edition, finished in Grigio Touring with a blue soft top and a Navy Blue and Grigio Nickel interior. This Spyder is #43 of the 90 special edition cars built for the North American market to celebrate Maserati’s 90th anniversary. Each car featured a unique carbon fiber tonneau cover, complete with flares to meet the headrests, and was fitted with special touches as a tribute to the brand's rich history. Modifications reported by the seller include a Tubi exhaust, a Pioneer head unit, and a rear-view camera. The Maserati Spyder was penned by ItalDesign's famed designer Giorgetto Giugiaro. Sales began for 2002 and marked Maserati's return to the American market after an 11-year hiatus. The combination of the melodic Ferrari V8 with the convertible top makes the Spyder one of the most enjoyable cruisers ever to wear a Maserati badge. Power comes from a Ferrari-derived "F136R" 4. 2-liter V8, rated at 390 horsepower and 333 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via an F1-style Cambiocorsa 6-speed automated manual gearbox with paddle shifters.
