We are pleased to offer this 2008 Thoroughbred Stallion Trike for purchase. Motor Trike Inc began in 1994 converting 2-wheeled motorcycles in to 3-wheel trikes. In 2006, the sister company Thoroughbred Motorsports was created to produce the Stallion. The reason for the Stallion was the high demand for a luxury, automatic trike that also gets great gas mileage. The Stallions are hand made in Texas with very high quality in mind. The Stallion is powered by a 2.3L Ford 4 cylinder, and a Ford 5-speed automatic transmission. The Ford mechanics mean that this trike can be serviced by any Ford dealer at inexpensive cost with plenty of parts available. It's rated at 35 mpg city and 45 mpg highway. The rear suspension includes 2 coil-over gas shocks & 2 air bags w/ on-board air compressor for an excellent smooth ride. There is air conditioning and heat for both driver vents and vents in the back for the passenger. Other awesome features include: AM-FM radio with CD player (MP3 & satellite capabilities as well), adjustable pedals, cruise control, integrated power disc brakes, trailer hitch, interior lighting, on-board air compressor to adjust the air ride suspension, tilt steering, a carpeted trunk, fog lamps, extra forward facing lights above running boards near the rear wheels, special installed 12V outlet, upgraded dual exhaust, and 2 leather seats. The steering wheel allows you to sit back comfortably in the seat without having to lean forward. There was a custom soft top made by Marina Auto Upholstery with support rods. On a road trip with hot weather, you can zip up the soft canopy and crank the AC for perfect comfort. This a very well maintained motorcycle with a complete service history and receipts for all work performed. There is a “Lees-ure Lite” popup tent trailer that is also for sale, but not necessarily included in the purchase of this trike. This is a one-owner vehicle with really low miles that runs and looks excellent. There is plenty of power and handling on this unique, rare vehicle.
