Additional equipment is detailed below. Modifications made to this Raptor include an Air Lift air suspension system and a tonneau bed cover. Designed to speed across the desert, Baja racing-style, the second-generation F-150 made its debut for the 2017 model year with an impressive list of off-road hardware and more horsepower from a downsized, twin-turbocharged V6 engine. It weighed about 500 pounds less than its predecessor thanks in part to the widespread use of aluminum. Power comes from an "EcoBoost" 3. 5-liter turbocharged V6, rated at 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear or all four wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission.
