The 450 SL also known as the C107 was a very long run of luxury convertibles built by Mercedes lasting almost 20 years. Some might say that the SL cars of this era were the best looking cars Mercedes Benz produced, even to this day. The car we are offering here is finished in Silver Blue Metallic with matching factory hard-top with a blue soft-top and blue interior. This car has very low miles, covering just over 36,000 miles from new. It is a two-owner car that is in very nice condition. The car has just received a full service and is ready to be enjoyed. There is one issue that needs to be mentioned. The rear quarter panel on the passenger side has a couple flaws. There is a 6” scratch just above the wheel. We have included a picture for your review. The engine is a 4.5 Liter V8 mated to the 3-speed automatic transmission. The tires and brakes are fantastic and the car runs, drives and stops as it should. These 107's are becoming increasingly popular and the values have risen sharply in that last couple of years.
