Product Details

And now for something complete different…. The car was purchased as a solid non-problematic rolling chassis by an enthusiast / car builder as something different that he could build, drive and show. Everything was disassembled right down to the frame. The front end was modified with coil spring suspension and disc brakes, an independent suspension jaguar rear end with coil springs was implemented in the rear. The body was stripped, repaired as needed, primed and painted in Jade Green metallic. The interior is completely custom in finished in two tone green / gray leather with custom gauges, bucket seats with console shift. Under the hood is a professionally prepared Packard 352 V8 engine, fed by dual quad carburetors, manual transmission and rear wheel drive. Highlights include: Custom Interior, Ididit tilt steering column, custom gauges, custom radio, clock, Jag XJS wheels, matching spare, original bumpers and stainless, power steering, power brakes, dual Flomaster exhaust, new floors, and a killer look. This car is a blast to drive and gets a ton of looks whenever seen. Restoration documentation includes: Pictures of the original donor body and frame, binders full of notes and receipts documenting the work performed. Dare to be different in this 1955 Studebaker.
