The 100-6 is a two-seat roadster produced by British Motor Corporation from 1956-1959. It was a replacement of the Healey 100 and was followed by the 3000. Together, the three models have become known as the Big Healeys. The 100-6 featured a 2 in. longer wheelbase than the 100 and a more powerful 6-cylinder engine. It also included a more streamlined body, a smaller, wider radiator grilled and an air scoop. This magnificent frame off restored BN6 is truly a great find. It took the owner several years to complete the restoration to factory specs going through every inch of the body, mechanicals, electrical and interior. This Healey comes with its original numbers matching drivetrain but is now running a later model 1967 version for more power and better drivability. This car is in turn key condition and is ready to be enjoyed. Receipts, pictures, original engine and trans all included in the sale. Special shipping arrangements will have to be made. These cars continue to get harder to find and are becoming very rare.
