This Mustang is numbers matching across the board and is equipped with its original 302ci 2v V8 and its original C4 automatic. It is finished in its very rare and original color Medium Green Metallic over White Vinyl interior. The paint is not original but it is the original color with only one repaint. The interior is highly original and the convertible top is new being only a few days old. The 66,334 miles is believed to be original, the 302 runs great and the transmission shifts with zero issues. The power convertible top works flawlessly as does the radio and all the gauges except for the clock. All of the glass and chrome are in very good condition as well. It has been maintained very well and recently had a few issues sorted out; high beam switch replaced, bad up light switch replaced, rear window cranks repaired and also had the rear valence straightened. The car comes with the owner's manual, both sets of keys, and a Deluxe Marti Report. It is not a fresh restoration by any means but it presents itself very well and would make an absolutely perfect summer cruiser. According to the Marti Report, this Mustang was sold new at Lape Ford in LaGrange, IL. It came equipped from the factory with White power top with glass window, power steering, power brakes with front discs, console, and color keyed racing mirrors. It was produced on October 13th, 1971 five days ahead of schedule.
