Chevrolet was now at their 60th anniversary for the Corvette and with a milestone like that, they were sure to make this one as great as it gets. The standard models came with a beastly 6.2L LS3 which was rated at 430 horsepower but with the option to improve that number if adding the dual-mode exhaust which not only helped the power but added to the sound of it as well. The Grand Sport option was using the same engine but with the manual transmission added, you received the bonus of a dry-sump oiling system which saves your power and reliability when taking those hard turns around the neighborhood, err I mean track. With all the emphasis on sporting performance and increased drivability, this Corvette was well designed on the inside of the cabin as well. The overall comfort is plain to see but when sitting inside you really notice the extra shoulder, hip and leg room even considering its low stance. This kept the model within the realm of options for those who enjoy long trips in their ride. With well under 10,000 miles, this all-original example has been well kept and maintained by the same owner since new, comes with manuals and all keys and all the life left to be enjoyed by its next owner! From the outside it is clear to see the appreciation given by its current owner as there doesn't seem to be any clear sign of wear or tear, the HID headlamps go a long way to clear your sight at night, the upgraded chrome aluminum wheels look sharp and in great condition and its full width spoiler really sets this one off from the curb. The interior is just as well with no visible signs of wear, the plush and premium ebony leather interior hosts the upgraded heated sport front seats with memory seating for the driver and power throughout, the 3LT package also adds a premium 9-speaker Bose sound system with a CD/ DVD /AM/FM/XM media center with navigation capabilities, Bluetooth feature, universal garage door opener and even the heads up display for better safety. Additional add-ons from the factory includes the crossed flag embroidered on headrest, dual-mode exhaust for increased horsepower and sound and a battery protection package.
