Product Details

International started building trucks in 1907 mostly for commercial and military use. It was not until the mid-1950's that research started being done on the potential market for family style trucks or more importantly four-wheel drive recreational vehicles, known as SUV's today. The first Scout was introduced in 1960 with the Scout II being built for the remainder of the years through 1980. Several variants were built including trucks and wheel base variants. This particular Scout was repainted last year and the 345 v8engine was pulled out and painted and surrounding area under hood was painted as well. The Truck shows very well. The interior is finished in black vinyl. The Scout rides on 31x10.5x15 Michelin white letter tires. The Scout has an automatic transmission and it functions as it should. The truck features a roll bar, removable top, power brakes, power steering, spotlight, Sony CD player with Pioneer door speakers, and a chrome roof bars. The IHC Scouts are rising rapidly in the market and with very few making it out of the fields, clean and well sorted ones like this are only seeing a bump up in the global market. We encourage a closer look as for this price, it would be very difficult to replicate.
