Back in 2000, GM North American Chairman Bob Lutz read a Car and Driver article praising the Australian (GM made) Holden Commodore SS while wondering why a similar car wasn't offered here in the United States. Years later, the Commodore essentially appeared as a Ponitac G8 to bring excitement to a car you could commute with every day. The G8 GT is the closest thing GM offers to get Corvette like performance in sedan form. These cars are a lot of fun that you can drive even though you have to drop the kids off at school in the morning or actually fit some golf clubs in. This 2009 G8 GT is a one-owner awesome driver that was delivered new to Todd Wenzel in Grand Rapids, MI. The G8 GT is well tuned power with the 6.0L V8 SFI engine and 6-speed automatic transmission. This car does come with the Premium Package and Sport Package including leather seats, heated & power front seats, sport metallic pedals, and sunroof. The car currently rides on 18 inch Bremmer Kraft wheels with Michelin tires. The original wheels are available with the car. This car also features 4-wheel disc brakes, remote start, dual zone climate control, telescoping and tilt steering wheel, 6-disc CD player with aux input, 11-speaker Blaupunkt system, and dual exhaust. This car is a lot of fun to drive and is very fast and nimble. It's in excellent condition ready to go to the next owner!
