Product Details

The Model A is no stranger to history and the several variations that Ford offered covered every desire by the general public. The stylish and very low production four door convertible – Phaeton would be the most sought after by the collectors and car aficionado's years down the road. This stunning A36 Model A Phaeton has been brought to us by a long time collector who has owned it for over 10yrs and logged less than a 100 miles on it. It is finished in the remarkable Washington Blue with Riviera Blue trim and then complimented well with the straw yellow wheels with white wall tires. Vehicle has dual side mounts with chrome covers and chrome mirrors. Accented nicely with the rear luggage carrier, quail radiator cap, stone guard, dual wind wings, tool box, and the unique and authentic 1930 Indiana blue license plate. The interior is well preserved and is in remarkable condition with properly working top. Vehicle comes to life quickly and runs thru the gears with ease and idles to perfection. Vehicle has spent its past decade in a detailed state and only going out for the occasional 4th of July parade or trip to the ice cream store. These big body Phaetons are very rare and very few survived. The market has been strong and recent classic car auctions have sold similar ones in the upper $40's and low $50's range plus expenses. This is a significant opportunity to acquire a well-cared for and piece of automotive history at an aggressive price point.
