Dodge was geared up and ready to release their all-new rebirth of the Challenger and with all the hype it had leading into it, there was a lot to live up to. The SRT8 was essentially The Charger SRT8 which was released the year before but with four inches cut from the middle and a coupe opposed to a sedan which stayed true to its nametag. Powered by the same 425 hp V8 Hemi, this vehicle was sold out before production was completed and only 6400 were made for the first year. Deciding to only release their performance model the first year, the RT and SE would come the year after with less power and features. With each of these limited first edition SRT8's came a few very unique and excellent options including its numbered plaque, orange seat stripes to match the orange exterior and faux-carbon-fiber hood stripes making this limited production car very distinct from the rest to follow. Number 2452 of the first 6400 Challengers offered to the market, this vehicle is near flawless with all the life left to be enjoyed or at a perfect level for the collector as well! From the outside, this vehicle looks mean with its old school design but modern touches, the wheels are a gloss black aftermarket set but included in the sale are the originals with tires on them as well, the faux carbon fiber stripes add to the personality and with its professional detail completed for its next owner to enjoy, this is as new as an eight year old car can get. The interior has many great amenities including the 6.5” touchscreen with AM/FM/CD/Satellite/ DVD /MP3 capability, navigation is integrated into the same screen, power windows, locks, side mirrors and driver seat, leather with suede inserted seating, heated front seats, power sunroof, the list goes on and on!
