The Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III is appropriately named for its luxury and performance. Rolls Royce is a synonym for “top of the line” offerings of any item, and little time behind the wheel convinces the driver of the etymology. In September of 1960, Road & Track magazine reported about the Silver Cloud stating “it is a pleasure to report that there is still a company in business dedicated to the task of producing the best car in the world, regardless of cost.” This Silver Cloud III is right-hand drive and was imported from the United Kingdom in the mid-70's. The same collector has owned it for the last 15 years in Michigan and has always stored and properly maintained this beauty. Recent upkeep includes new bearings, rebuilt oil pump, updated air conditioning, rebuilt transmission, rebuilt brakes and a rebuilt carburetor. This car is powered by the original 6.2L V8 engine paired with the original automatic transmission. This Rolls has many cool options include air conditioning, backseat trays, power windows, original wheels, aftermarket CD player, rear console, rear vanity mirrors, and rear seat cigar lighter.
