THIS. . . is a 1992 Land Rover Defender 90, finished in black and gray with a black interior. Modifications reported by the seller include 18-inch wheels, black and gray exterior paint, diamond plating on some of the exterior surfaces, aftermarket exterior lighting, running boards, rear bench seats, a Sony head unit, and aftermarket speakers. Land Rover introduced the four-door 110 and the two-door 90 in 1983 and 1984, respectively, to replace the long-running Series III. While both models looked a lot like their predecessors, they offered users a more up-to-date interior, a permanent four-wheel-drive system, and a coil spring suspension system. The 110 and the 90 morphed into the original Defender in 1990, and production carried on with minor updates until 2016. Power comes from a 2. 5-liter "200 Tdi" turbodiesel 4-cylinder engine, rated at 107 horsepower and 188 lb-ft of torque. It spins the four wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission and a 2-speed transfer case.
