Nicknamed the “Four Deuces”, this street rod is an old school classic that was recently featured at the Gilmore Car Museum as part of their gallery featuring “Old School” hot rods. It was built in Texas in the 1950's before being moved in to storage in Utah a decade later as part of a collection. The car features a '32 grill shell and is titled as a 1932 in Michigan, but its sheet metal from a 1931 Model A and most would refer to it as such. Its nickname, “Four Deuces”, comes from the prominently featured four Rochester Carburetors. It's powered by a 350ci V8 engine paired with a 350 automatic transmission. It also features a boxed frame (Z'd and extended), chromed front with drilled axle, Offy intake, Vintage Guide headlights, naugahyde interior, and Coker “Silvertown” whitewall tires, and more. This car has passed a safety inspection with the only remark being the lack of an emergency brake. This car is a lot of fun to drive and runs great. It has a great history to go along with being an awesome street rod to drive and show off!
