Product Details

This is a custom built fiberglass body Willys with a 454ci big block stuffed under the hood with a 671 Weiand supercharger and dual carbs making an estimated 550hp. It sports a Turbo 400 automatic with a Ford 9” out back housing a 3.50 gear. The engine was built with Eagle rods, Eagle crank, Keith Black pistons, and a Lunati cam. It is not obnoxious but you can certainly tell there is a big block in there. The fiberglass kit body came out of New York and the car was built in Michigan aside from the motor, which was built in Ohio, all done in 2011. It features a powder coated chassis, power brakes with 4-wheel discs, power windows, a Flaming River steering column, a Lokar shifter, a fuel cell, and a non-functional wheelie bar and parachute for looks only. The car is in pristine condition as it has only 108 miles on it since being completed and has been relegated to show duty. The build quality is done to a very high degree and the paint is of concours quality. The seats are covered in imported Italian leather and extra material is included. The car comes with a mountain of receipts, documentation, manuals, and instructions. It is a 1-owner car and comes out of the private collection of a very meticulous hot rod builder. There are many glass body Willys coupes out there for sale but arguably not many are done to the quality level of this example here.
