Perhaps no other early 4WD has captured the American Spirit as the Ford Bronco. The Ford Bronco was an instant hit when it was introduced in 1966 as a rugged, simple and economical compact SUV . The Bronco soon had a reputation for having many utility type uses as well as superior off road capability. This extremely well done frame on restoration was completed over 3 years ago and is in remarkable condition and retains many original parts from when it was new. Many items were reconditioned or restored as opposed to buying new Bronco parts. Vehicle retains its original Boxwood Green color that is extremely rare and really makes a statement with the white hardtop to compliment the vehicle. When restored the car was given new fenders and quarters as well as new floors. New shocks were installed and added rear leaf springs to give the Bronco a stronger ride. The reliable and strong 302 V8 gives the driver plenty of power and engages with the 3spd flawlessly. Almost all the hardware was replaced with stainless steel components and the fit and finish of the body, top and panels is just like when they were new. Once you get inside this Bronco you will notice the factory bench seat that remains in great shape and was recovered with a cloth seat and retains the factory bulk head as that was the only way to get a bench seat from Ford. Behind the wheel you will notice the proper white dash with all proper knobs and factory instrument cluster. Heat works with a pull of the knob and all lights function properly with turn signals, high/low beams, and reverse lights. Once the engine warms up, heat pours into the cabin with a simple pull of the knob. The instrument gauge works to perfection with all of them properly working. Get in, pull the choke and with a turn of the key this Bronco comes alive and with a little warmup process you are off into highway speeds with ease. Vehicle also retains the factory original keys, door panels, steering wheel, and wiper assembly. The car also retains the factory jack, tools and even the reflector seals are proper setup. Factory correct rear spare tire mount can easily be moved from back to side depending on your choice. The well preserved hard top is secured properly with hardware and brackets and the dealer installed gun rack completes the look. If you are looking for an enjoyable driving Bronco that has the iconic original look without all the modifications that seems to be so popular, this is the one. Uncut original early Broncos are very difficult to find and even harder to find that are in running and useable condition. This one gives you both qualities of a simple driver with outstanding eye appeal to the masses.
