2008 Porsche Cayman S, finished in GT Silver Metallic with a Cocoa interior. This Cayman S is equipped with the desirable 6-speed manual transmission. A build sheet is provided in the photo gallery showing that this Cayman carried an MSRP of $86,350 when new. A partial list of notable equipment includes 19-inch Carrera S wheels, bi-xenon headlamps, chrome exhaust pipes, a rod antenna, special leather interior, extended leather trim, Makassar wood interior trim, a thicker steering wheel, heated seats with Porsche crests in the headrests, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) 2. 1 system with extended navigation, and a Bose sound system. This Cayman S was configured without a sunroof, and modifications are limited to paint protection film on the front bumper and hood. Porsche introduced the original Cayman as the Boxster's long-awaited coupe counterpart for the 2006 model year. Called "987" internally, it was more than merely a Boxster with a fixed top and a hatch, and about 20% of the parts used to build it were new.
