1987 BMW M6, finished in Cinnabar Red with a Lotus White interior. The E24 6 Series, or "Sharknose" as it's dubbed by enthusiasts, was the successor to the famed "E9" BMW 3. 0 CSi. Lauded by BMW fans as an icon of the 1980s, the first 6 Series was produced from 1977 until 1989 with the range-topping M6 becoming available from 1987; production ended in 1989. Power comes from a 3. 5-liter "S38B35" inline-6 engine, which is rated at 256 horsepower and 243 lb-ft of torque in stock form. Due to the modifications performed to this M6, it may produce more power, but a dyno sheet was not provided to confirm. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed Getrag manual transmission.
